Delivery time

The delivery time of your product depends on the available stock.
The stock and delivery time are stated for each item on the product detail page.
- If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 2-5 working day(s).
- If the product is not in stock in our warehouse, we will order it from our supplier. As a result, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Deviating delivery times during the holidays
There is no delivery during national holidays. This may differ per country.
Returning your products
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (download the model form) or the form below, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Vous avez le droit de résilier le contrat dans un délai de 14 jours sans indiquer de motif. Le délai de rétractation expire 14 jours après le jour où vous ou un tiers désigné par vous, qui n'est pas le transporteur, prenez matériellement possession du bien. Pour exercer le droit de rétractation, vous devez nous informer de la rétractation au moyen d'une déclaration dénuée d'ambiguïté (par exemple, par écrit, par courrier ou par e-mail). Vous pouvez utiliser le modèle de formulaire de rétractation (télécharger le modèle de formulaire) ou le formulaire ci-dessous, mais vous n'y êtes pas obligé. Pour respecter le délai de rétractation, il suffit d'envoyer votre communication concernant votre exercice du droit de rétractation avant l'expiration du délai de rétractation.

Conséquences de la rétractation

Si vous résiliez le contrat, vous recevrez de notre part tous les paiements que vous avez effectués jusqu'à ce moment, y compris les frais de livraison (à l'exception des frais supplémentaires résultant de votre choix d'un mode de livraison autre que la livraison standard la moins chère que nous proposons) sans délai et en tout état de cause au plus tard 14 jours après que nous ayons été informés de votre décision de résilier le contrat. Si vous ne retournez qu'une partie de votre commande, les frais de livraison ne seront pas remboursés. Nous vous rembourserons avec le même mode de paiement que celui avec lequel vous avez effectué la transaction d'origine, sauf si vous en avez expressément convenu autrement ; en aucun cas, vous ne serez facturé pour ce remboursement. Nous pouvons suspendre le remboursement jusqu'à ce que nous ayons reçu les marchandises ou que vous ayez démontré que vous avez retourné les marchandises, selon la première éventualité. Vous devez nous retourner ou nous remettre la marchandise sans délai.
