Web of Hydromassage guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, except for elements of wear and tear such as digitals, taps or lights, where the guarantee will be for 1 year. If the goods present any manufacturing defect, Web del Hidromasaje undertakes to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The natural wood skirts of the spas are intended for indoor use, not outdoor, being excluded in these cases the guarantee of Web del Hidromasaje in relation to this particular material. The hybrid models of wet sauna + dry sauna do not include a floor among their features, as do the Turkish baths. For those projects in which an adaptation of machinery for the use of salt water is requested, whether for baths, spas or swimming pools, this adjustment will carry an additional charge that will be quoted in each particular case, and which will involve the installation of a control panel different to the usual one, with PVC jets and without FM radio and CD connection.

In those cases where the customer decides to embed the product in the floor (bathtubs, swimming pools and spas), it will be advisable to concrete the hole and it is essential to leave perimeter access on all sides of the device for maintenance. The guarantee of our products will be void in all cases in which the installation procedures are not followed as described in the manuals supplied with the product. Likewise, it will not cover damage caused by misuse of our products, breakage or damage caused by improper assembly or handling, improper storage, installation or repair not carried out by our Official Technical Service, in which case our liability is limited to the replacement of spare parts.

In accordance with article 68 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, customers may exercise their right to withdraw from the order up to 14 calendar days after receipt of the product and request a refund of the amount paid in accordance with the deadlines established by law, without this causing any cost to the consumer, who will receive the corresponding refund of the total purchase, ie the price of the product plus shipping costs. The product must be packed together with the original packaging or in one of similar characteristics, a situation in which the good may suffer a depreciation, and the return costs will be borne by the consumer. The customer will place the product at the door of his home where it will be picked up by the carrier. The payment will be made by the same method as the order was placed within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal for customised orders involving the remanufacture of an article to the consumer's liking, the customer will lose the amounts paid to the account so far, since once the order is received by the customer the orders are firmly ordered for production and paid by our firm at 100%.
