1、 Return application deadline

Quality issues/wrong shipment/transportation damage: Please submit a return request through the LeHua Meilin platform within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the product has manufacturing defects, is damaged during transportation, or does not match the order, we will prioritize arranging a replacement or full refund for you.

Return without reason (change of mind): If you no longer need the product due to personal reasons, you can apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original sales condition, with complete accessories and intact packaging.

Please note: Return requests must be submitted through the LeHua Meilin platform. Products returned without platform approval will not be accepted.

2、 Return conditions

Only products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

Product status: unused, uninstalled, without any signs of human damage or wear and tear;

Complete packaging: retain the original factory packaging box, lining, instruction manual, and all accessories;

Complete accessories: All accompanying batteries, chargers, auxiliary handles, drill bits, and other accessories must be returned together;

Voucher provision: The platform order number and valid purchase voucher must be provided.

3、 Non returnable situation

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

The product has been used, installed, or tested with electricity (not a quality issue);

Serious packaging damage, missing accessories, or dismantling of product labeling;

Malfunctions caused by human damage, incorrect use, or improper maintenance;

Customized and discounted clearance products (clearly marked as "non quality issues non refundable and non exchangeable").

4、 Return process

Submit application: Log in to the LeHua Meilin platform, enter "My Orders" to find the corresponding product, click "Apply for Return" and fill in the reason for return;

Platform review: We will review your application within 2 working days and notify you via platform message after approval;

Return of goods: Please pack the goods (including all accessories and packaging) properly according to the return address provided by the platform and send them back;

Quality inspection and refund: We will complete the quality inspection within 3-5 working days after receiving the return. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be returned to your payment account through the LeHua Meilin platform.

5、 Freight Description

Quality issues/wrong shipment/transportation damage: The return shipping cost will be borne by TERVI. Please keep the proof of return and we will reimburse the actual shipping cost.

No reason for return (change of mind): The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. The shipping fee for the original order will not be refunded.

6、 Exchange instructions

The quickest way to exchange the product is to follow the above process to return the original item, and after the return review is approved, place a new order for purchase. If you need to exchange the product due to quality issues, please directly mark "Application for Exchange" in the return request, and we will arrange for a replacement of the same product for you.

7、 Special Reminder

Electric tools are special products. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair battery products without authorization to avoid affecting the return eligibility. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact TERVI customer service through the LeHua Meilin platform's internal message. We will respond and handle them within 24 hours.

This return policy applies to all products sold by TERVI on the LeHua Meilin platform. TERVI reserves the right of final interpretation of the policy, and any changes shall be subject to the latest announcement of the platform.
