Return policy

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product.

Returned items must be unused in their original packaging and with all accessories included.

To initiate a return the customer should contact us through the platform message system to receive return instructions.

Once the product is received and inspected a refund will be issued within 5 working days using the same payment method as the original order.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty please inform us immediately with photos so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Customized or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.

Take back policy

The request for take back must be made at the time of purchase or within 14 days after delivery of the new product.

The old item must be clean safe and ready for transport. It should be handed over to the delivery service or shipped back following the instructions provided.

This service is offered free of charge for products of equivalent type and function.

Small equipment can be returned by parcel while large equipment may require a scheduled pick up.
