Return Time:

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return a product.

Product Status:

Items returned must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

Return Procedure:

Please inform us of your intention to return an item using the contact form available on our website.

Once your request has been accepted, you will be given a return number. This number must accompany the returned package.

Send the product to the address indicated in our return instructions.

Return Fees:

Return costs are at the expense of the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part.

Refund:

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. The amount will be credited to the means of payment used during the purchase.

Exclusions:

Some products, such as custom items or goods damaged after delivery due to improper use, cannot be returned.
