You have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods to return items without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 calendar days upon delivery.
Items must be returned unused, complete with all original packaging, accessories and in resalable condition.
Buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping unless goods are faulty or wrongly delivered.
We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Products that have been installed, damaged by improper use or incomplete packaging cannot be accepted for return.
If you receive defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, please contact us promptly with photos as evidence.
We offer after-sales support for manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
We reserve the right to arrange repair, replacement or product take-back for confirmed quality issues caused by production.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper operation, wear and tear, accidental impact or unauthorized modification is not covered under this take-back policy.
All take-back requests must be submitted with valid order information and proof of defects.
