PRECIOMANIA Returns and Refunds Policy
At PRECIOMANIA, we strive to offer high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is designed to help you.
Return Period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition or unused. For products with a seal, the product will be considered used if the seal has been broken.
Conditions for Returns
For the return to be accepted, please ensure that:
The product is in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all accessories and original packaging intact.
No components or accessories are missing from the product.
The product shows no damage or signs of wear.
You include the proof of purchase or invoice.
Return Process
Notification: Within the 14-day period, inform us of your intention to return the product through our customer service or via your customer area on our website.
Product Preparation: Pack the product securely, ensuring that all components and accessories are included.
Shipping: We will provide instructions for the collection of the product by our transport agency or indicate the address to which you should send it.
Transport Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to transportation, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the claim.
Defective Products
If the product does not function correctly, you must notify us within 15 days after delivery so that we can proceed with handling the issue. If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, as appropriate.
Return Costs
Shipping costs arising from the return will be covered by PRECIOMANIA if the return is due to our error or a defective product. In the case of withdrawal due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 14 days after receipt. We will proceed with replacing the product at no additional cost to you or, if you prefer, with a full refund.
