Article 8: Right of Withdrawal 8.1 In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code and Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 (Hamon Law), all products are eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt. If all purchased items are returned, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued (excluding shipping fees). If only some items are returned, the refund will cover only the returned items. The cost and risk of return shipping are the Member’s responsibility. Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the Seller provides a return label, its cost will be deducted from the refund. Article 10: Return Procedure 10.1 In the event of product non-conformity or withdrawal, items must be returned in perfect condition and complete, including: Original packaging, intact and free from damage, markings, or stickers. The product, unassembled, scratch-free, and clean. The manual and all original accessories. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial refund of 30% to 50% of the pre-tax product value. Return shipping costs and risks are the Member’s responsibility. Secure shipping with tracking is recommended. Returns must be made in the original shipping box. To initiate a return, the Member must contact Customer Service via email: e-com_fr@nordlux.com. The return address will be provided upon request. The Member is responsible for keeping proof of shipment.
