We take a multitude of measures to ensure that our Näve luminaires are manufactured according to valid norms and certified standards and thus comply with the highest quality standards and all legal requirements. Through regular visits and audits in the factories of our production partners, we ensure that the production processes are continuously adhered to. Our aim is to create long-lasting, sustainable added value for our customers with our products and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through multiple quality controls, well thought-out design and usability tests. Sustainability and environmental awareness are equally important basic pillars for us as Näve Leuchten when deciding on new product lines and production partners. Here we set a strict benchmark for compliance with standards and quality. With our representative office in China, as well as other internal employees on site, we work intensively with our local production partners to ensure compliance with workplace standards. We also ensure that production processes are adhered to through regular visits and audits at the factories. Even in the run-up to projected developments, we think about how we can save unnecessary packaging materials and replace plastics with renewable or recycled materials. Existing products and packaging also undergo a continuous optimisation process. All our wood products are FSC certified and come from responsible forestry managed according to selected ecological, economic and social criteria.
