Returns with the product open are not accepted, unless the product arrives defective.
In accordance with the law, the consumer and the user will have the right to CANCEL the contract for a maximum period of 30 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any expense. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapper) in which the product is located is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will happen otherwise. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a strong box of sufficient size to allow easy insertion of the equipment; It is recommended that the customer insert sufficient protective material under, over and around the product (bubble wrap or paper or foam bags, etc.), to prevent any movement of the product within the package.
