Returns and Refunds
The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to return products at their own expense if they are not satisfied, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalty. This period begins on the day the product is received, or on the day the last product is delivered in the case of orders containing several items. If this period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
This right of withdrawal also applies to discounted or clearance products. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (otherwise the return cannot be accepted), together with the return number and the corresponding delivery note or invoice, within a maximum of 5 days from the creation of the return request. Returned products are subject to a quality inspection before any decision is made.
The refund for the product will be issued within 15 days. Handling and delivery costs are refunded only if the seller’s responsibility in the delivery failure is proven. Any claim must include details about how the item was used, the purchase date, and the location of the defective component.
We reserve the right either to replace the item or to issue a credit note equal to the invoiced price. Liability is limited solely to the goods supplied by the seller and does not apply to damage, injury, or loss of income resulting from a defective component.
Conditions for the application of the conventional warranty: the goods sold are guaranteed against any operating defect resulting from a defect in materials, manufacturing, or design, for a period of two years from the invoice date, provided the product has been used properly by the customer. The warranty does not apply if the defect results from a modification of the product, negligence, or a lack of maintenance by the customer.
