1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of the Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with BigConnect s.r.o.
By placing the products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions (AGB) in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. More details about the shipping costs are provided in the offers.
We deliver exclusively via shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory law on liability for defects applies.
For used goods: if the defect occurs one year after the delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects occurring within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from the date of delivery.
The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
in case of injury to life, body, or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent,
in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal duties),
under a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.

8. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
in case of injury to life, body, or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
under guarantee promises, if agreed, or
to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, based on slight negligence.
Further claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BigConnect s.r.o., Harhaj 1, 086 45 Harhaj, info@metalopro.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to BigConnect s.r.o., Harhaj 1, 086 45 Harhaj, info@metalopro.com, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods that can normally be returned by post. We will bear the cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
At BigConnect s.r.o., we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can take advantage of our takeback policy, subject to the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return
You can return any product purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@metalopro.com. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email and process your refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned product for the refund to be processed.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process first and then place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@metalopro.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
