In the event of a return due to reasons beyond JANDEI's control, the customer must be responsible for shipping the material to our facilities for a refund. In the event of a defective item, JANDEI reserves the right to replace it or refund the customer the purchase price. Any claim regarding quantity, quality, or visible defects will be addressed within a maximum of 4 calendar days after receipt of the merchandise. For hidden defects, the deadline will be 14 calendar days after receipt of the merchandise, provided it is returned in its original factory condition and with all its parts. We remind you that the product must be in perfect condition for return. No liability or claim will be accepted that exceeds the replacement of the material sent or payment for it at the purchase price. The withdrawal period for the purchase is established at 14 calendar days from delivery; if this period is exceeded, we will not accept the return. If Jandei, as a commercial gesture, collects an item as "defective" and, upon subsequent review by Technical Service, it is determined to be in optimal working condition, the customer will be required to either pay the collection costs if they require a refund or pay the shipping costs if they wish to return the item.
