All prices of the Products published on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT at 22%. Reduced VAT can be applied in the cases provided for by law.
The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one published on the Site at the time of sending the order and finalizing it through payment.
The prices published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and may vary according to actual stock availability and according to the promotions of the moment at the sole discretion of the seller.

The descriptive product sheets shown on the site are compliant and part of the manufacturer's descriptions, therefore any inaccuracies or incompleteness in the information shown are in no way attributable to our company.
The images, especially with regard to the shades of the colors, are to be considered purely indicative and not binding.
Shipping costs are always intended with “unloading on the ground” and are valid throughout the Italian territory. In the case of isolated areas or disadvantaged postcodes not served with standard service by the contracted carriers, we reserve the right to request an additional contribution, if necessary, or alternatively the right to cancel the order during the order confirmation phase.
The customer is responsible for the shipping address indicated during the order phase, any errors or oversights that may cause non-delivery or redirection of the goods will be subject to a charge as requested by the carrier.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is advised to proceed with the verification of the condition of the delivered Products before signing the acknowledgement of receipt, and more specifically to proceed as follows:
* In any case, sign the receipt note with the wording "Reservation of goods control"
* Check that the packaging is in perfect condition and, if there are any anomalies, report them on the courier's delivery note.
* If possible, in the case of shipping particularly fragile goods, open the package in the presence of the courier to check the integrity of the contents. Otherwise, check the contents later and notify us of any transport damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
In the absence of such precautions, it will not be possible to claim damage from the carrier's insurance.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he/she qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Products themselves.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article may be exercised by the Customer, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us by means of an explicit declaration, by post, email, certified email or registered mail.
The goods to be returned must be returned to our office indicated below: IMAR SRL - CDA SERRO OLIVO SN - 98046 S. LUCIA DEL MELA (ME) Perfectly intact as received and in original packaging. The goods sold are not tested, therefore returns of goods already put into operation or tested or scratched or in a state that actually deteriorates the saleability of the goods themselves are not accepted. The refunded amount corresponds to the cost of the goods net of shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to check the goods received before making the refund, which will be issued within 8 days of receiving the goods via the same means (paypal/bank transfer) used for the initial payment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods.
