Return policy The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the last of the Products purchased in the same order, to return the product(s) purchased in said order, withdraw from the contract without penalty any and without the need to indicate the reasons, in which case the Buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product, but NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS. To make the return, the buyer must request the return authorization to our email elestore@elecam.com or another communication in which he proves his unequivocal will to withdraw from the contract to the Seller, before the end of the period of fourteen (14) days natural. The Buyer must request said return from Elestore through any of the following means: through the option enabled in the Marketplace or through email or by calling Elestore Customer Service. The Buyer must return the Product to the Seller, together with the Product purchase invoice, within the term indicated by the Seller for this purpose. The Product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation, manuals and original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will not be able to exercise the right to return the Product. The Buyer may not return Products that have been unsealed after delivery. To return a Product, you can send it by mail to the Seller at the address indicated or manage the collection of the Product directly with Elestore through NACEX, for an amount of €5.50 that will be deducted from the refund of the order. The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer except in the cases indicated in the point "Lack of conformity of the product". Elestore will make the payment of the amount of the price of the products by the same payment method that the order was made. The term to receive the payment can be delayed up to 15 days from the receipt of the material.
