Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from receipt for B2C. We commercially extend the same conditions to B2B. Return costs France mainland and EU: free return if the request is opened within 14 days and we provide the label. After 14 days: return costs are borne by the customer. French overseas territories: return costs are borne by the customer including within 14 days. For disposal please use approved collection points, municipal recycling centers, and eco organization solutions. Deposit batteries and accumulators in dedicated collection bins. Before handing over a device erase personal data from smart devices and pack the device safely.
