Return and Withdrawal Policy (EU compliant version) Return and Withdrawal Policy In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its transposition into national laws (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Romania), you have a 14 calendar-day legal period to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or incurring any penalties. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at contact@corli-group.fr, indicating your order number and your contact details. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below or make any other clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw. Conditions for returning products under the right of withdrawal Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold (undamaged, clean). You may handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning as you would in a physical shop. Returns must be made in the original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport. Note: We may make a deduction if the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning (as per Article 14 of Directive 2011/83/EU / local implementing laws). RETURN POLICY

Article 1 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the ordered products, without providing justification.

Article 2 - Return Conditions

Products must be returned in perfect condition, clean, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

The Customer may handle products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, as would be done in a physical store.

Article 3 - Return Procedure

The Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email at contact@corli-group.fr, providing the order number, products concerned, and contact details. The Customer may use the withdrawal form template below or any other clear means of communication.

Article 4 - Return Costs

Return costs are at the Customers expense unless the product is defective or non-compliant, in which case the Seller will cover return costs.

Article 5 - Refund

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

Article 6 - Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If defective or non-compliant products are received, the Customer must immediately contact the Seller by email at contact@corli-group.fr, including photos demonstrating the issue. After validation, the Seller will propose an appropriate solution: repair, replacement, or full refund.
