1. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the package is intact and not damaged or damp, that transport has not altered the packaging, and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice. If this is not the case, or if the packaging is opened, the customer may refuse delivery. Once the delivery note has been signed, the customer may no longer make any claim regarding the external condition of the delivered goods. VIII.2 Right of Withdrawal The consumer customer may exercise a right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the day the contract is concluded. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the consumer customer has a further period of fourteen (14) days to return the products concerned. In the event of withdrawal, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In all other cases, monlingedemaison.com shall remain the sole judge of whether return shipping costs are refunded. Subject to compliance with the conditions relating to the condition of returned products set out in Article VIII.3, monlingedemaison.com undertakes to reimburse the consumer customer within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned products. Beyond the applicable period, sums due shall accrue interest at the legal rate in force. Subject to the consumer customer’s agreement, sums due may be refunded in the form of vouchers or credit notes. VIII.4 Conditions for Return and Refund All returned products must be sent back in perfect condition, with their protective packaging, cardboard inserts, and unused and unopened barcodes. Upon receipt of the package, monlingedemaison.com shall assess whether the returned goods are in perfect condition. No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged due to the customer, or if the product packaging is not intact and such use or damage renders the products unsuitable for resale. If the return is refused by monlingedemaison.com, the customer then has thirty (30) days to send a cheque in the amount of €5.99, corresponding to the shipping costs for return via Colissimo, without being entitled to any compensation or refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of warranty rights on the goods sold.
