Returning and claiming an item is free and straightforward. You can return your order to the seller within 30 days of receipt:
Submit an exchange or return request by logging in to My Account or, if you ordered as a guest, by following the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
Follow the instructions to request your return or exchange.
Prepare the package for shipping by attaching the prepaid return label to the package. If your package doesn't include a return label, the seller's customer service will email one to you within two business days of your request.
Drop off the package at the shipping service provider listed on the return label.
If the item was delivered to you by a freight carrier, the seller will contact you within 2 business days to arrange for collection by a service provider.
